At MCCD, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality aquarium products, freshwater fish, aquarium plants, marine fish, and corals. We understand that occasionally you may need to return a product. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items purchased from our online wholesaler shop.
Refund and Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Original Condition: The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Time Frame: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons:
- Live fish (freshwater and marine)
- Aquarium plants
- Corals
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Replacement Shipping: If you are approved for a replacement item, the shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at mccdaquariumwordtrading@gmail.com with detailed information and, if possible, photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges

Live Arrival Guarantee (for Fish and Corals)
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for all fish and corals. If your fish or corals arrive dead on arrival (DOA), please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the DOA fish or corals in their unopened shipping bag.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- If the claim is approved, we will offer a refund or replacement.
How to Initiate a Return
